Returns and exchange details

♦If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact me with in 14 business days of receiving your item.  I will do my very best to resolve any issue. 

♦Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

♦I am not responsible for lost/stolen items. Each shipment will be provided a tracking number. Once the item is marked as delivered, I cannot be held responsible for it's whereabouts.


Payment Policy

♦Payment is due at the time of checkout. I accept PayPal and most major credit cards via Stripe

♦Orders shipped within Ohio will have 7.5% added for state sales tax.


Shipping

♦In Stock items will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.

♦All items will be shipped to the address provided. Please take the time to make sure the address is correct.  If the item is being shipped to a gift recipient, please provide the gift address.

♦Shipping will be completed using the following:
     USPS First Class
     USPS International First Class

-International customers please be aware that international shipping can take upwards of 6 weeks to receive as items may have to go through customs. Customers are responsible with any fees that may be associated for the customs process.
